The process of inclusion of APTG
In ordinary and additional calls will be held with the support of the Department (EEST)
Authors should take the following precautions Prof. Manager and then proceed to include the APTG
Folder containing:
1 .- academic good standing issued by the Director of the respective program
2 .- Working Draft Grade, with the permission of the Director of the Project: Instructions
3.- Carta convenio con la empresa (solo en caso de pasantías industriales)
4.- Carátula de la Carpeta

Las carpetas serán recogidas por los respectivos coordinadores de trabajo de grado, y en reunión ordinaria de comité, asignarán el Jurado calificador. Una vez asignados los Jurados, las carpetas serán devueltas al coordinador, donde cada Autor las buscará nuevamente. Luego cada Autor debe dirigirse a cada Jurado Calificador (Presidente, Oponente, Secretario), en busca de las observaciones , comentarios y finalmente la firma de autorización. Una vez logradas las tres firmas de autorización, El Autor deberá llevar la carpeta nuevamente, a la Subdirectora Program for review and approval signatures APTG note the latter process is what determines the inclusion of APTG

For the process of inclusion of PTG:

Requirements should be submitted to the inclusion of PTG, are
1. Tax Clearance issued by the Academic Program Director. (Not the same as APTG)
2. Act Labour presustentación Grade signed by all jurors.
3. Authorization Act to support signed by: Director, President, Opponent and Secretary.
4. Two (2) Book of PTG bound. (Art final). (One for the Director, one author)
5. Two (2) CD's. with PTG in electronic form
6. Folder with the draft approved by the Jury.

PD: All requirements must be traditionally files with the hook in the same folder used for file and CD's APTG placed in a manila envelope taped to the inside of the same folder.
