2699 EFFECTIVE RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO IMPORT GOODS UNDER MODE OF IMPORTS PRODUCTION
The Commission of Foreign Exchange Administration (CADIVI) informs its users that was published in the Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela No. 39,457 dated July 1, 2010, the official announcement by which material error is corrected by Resolution No. 2699 issued by the Ministry of Popular Power for Planning and Finance, published in the Official Gazette No. 39,437 dated 02, June 2010, which are determined by the tariff codes for imports of capital goods, inputs and raw materials through the mode of import goods, subject to compliance with the requirements established by CADIVI and according to the corresponding exchange rate.
Resolution No. 2699 contains updated listings of property authorized to request authorization for the Acquisition of Foreign Exchange (AAD) in the form of productive imports, for each type of change, according to the provisions of the Exchange Agreement No. 14, published in the Official Gazette N º 39,342, dated January 8, 2010.
The resolution stipulates in article 2 the capital goods, inputs and raw materials "as listed under No. 1 and No. 2, the rate of Sixty-Two Cents Bolivars (Bs 2.60) per dollar of the United States of America." Article 3 contains the list of capital goods, inputs and raw materials "as listed under No. 1 and No. 2, the rate of Thirty-Four Cents Bolivars (Bs 4.30) per dollar of States USA.
