Without Ituero a 2010 version
The
February 27, 2008 and
the
May 6, 2009 appeared in the Official Gazette a notice of Aragon Provincial Service of Industry, Trade and Tourism of Zaragoza, which was subjected to public inquiry request from the Direct Grant Expotacion
called "Ituero» No. 3,435, in Torrelapaja.
Both ads appeared identical except for one small detail and the second, 6 May 2009 rarely seen as the same record and the same project was submitted to two different public information and arguments. Since the first announcement had submitted claims to the project, including the Platform in Defence of Water and Earth. this mining concession "Ituero-1 'No 3435, in the municipality of Torrelapaja. 
The detail was in the first, February 2008, the competent body to decide on the application of the grant was the Provincial Service of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of Zaragoza, and in May 2009 the competent body to decide on the application of the grant was the Directorate General for Energy and Mines.
The two ads were signed as " In Zaragoza, December 26, 2007.-The Director General of the Provincial Service of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Francisco Javier García Hualde " Yesterday the news appeared that Mr. Francisco Javier Hualde and other DGA officials and businessmen, are charged with bribery and prevarication.
